I want to say thanks
again for the hard work and forward thinking that our Board and Charter

All new members have the opportunity this year while we are still on the
ground floor to be a part of forming our plans, priorities and goals for
this new association.
Here are a
few things to look forward to in 2008:
1) A state
conference in the fall
-- Networking and relationship building with
dozens of other Christian counselors working throughout our state.
-- Excellent presentations to help you and support you in your
professional and personal work as a Christian counselor.
--
Opportunities for presenting your research and work. Expect more
exciting details to come!
2) Regional
meetings to encourage relationships between Christian counselors in more
localized cities. Northeast -Monroe Northwest- Bossier
Southeast - Baton Rouge Central - Alexandria (looking for a
Southwest connection)
3) More
opportunities on the
LAACC
website for you to present your practice, office or agency information.
4) News about
what is happening for and about Christian counselors throughout
the state
5)
Coordinated efforts to expand the influence of Christian counseling.
6) And (drumroll,
please) the awarding of Charter Membership Certificates, beautifully and
artistically created for you to proudly and prominently display.
Without delay, go to
